REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The Snowdrop Essence. We take great care to ensure that every candle is crafted and packaged with love and attention.

 

1. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

2. Damaged or Broken Products

In the unlikely event that your candle arrives damaged or broken, we will happily replace it at no extra cost.
To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please email us at thesnowdropessence@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging

Once we verify the damage, a replacement will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

 

3. No Refunds for Minor Imperfections

Because our candles are handmade, slight variations in color, scent, or texture are normal and not considered defects. These variations do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

 

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
