Thank you for shopping with The Snowdrop Essence! We take great care to ensure your candles reach you safely and on time. Please read the following information about our shipping and delivery process.
1. Shipping Partner
We ship all orders through Delhivery, our trusted logistics partner. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your package directly through Delhivery’s tracking portal: https://www.delhivery.com/
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During festive seasons or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Dimapur & Kohima: Since we are based in Dimapur same day or next day (depending on the time the order was processed) deliveries will be available for both Dimapur and Konima.

Out of State: 5–8 business days

Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary depending on service availability and location.
Please note: These timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on Delhivery’s current rates and policies.
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment using your Delhivery tracking ID provided in your shipping confirmation email or SMS.

6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and contact details when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
Send us an email at thesnowdropessence@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with Delhivery to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations or address changes cannot be made.
9. International Shipping
We currently ship within India by default.
